Currently is the head of the Hematology service at the University Hospital in Monterrey Mexico, and Director of the Stem cell Transplantation Program, accredited by FACT in México.
Member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, International Society of Hematology, American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation and CIBMTR.
Past president (2009-2011) of Mexican Society of Hematology (AMEH).
